As a solitary, young boy, Michael Sellick took refuge in the art of crocheting. As an adult, that refuge would grow into a passion. He started sharing videos to fellow crocheters in something he called The Crochet Crowd ― a far-flung group that now includes three million people around the world on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

Michael Sellick is a lifelong crafter and crocheter. He loves teaching and interacting with the community that he meets in person and online. He especially loves seeing his Crochet Crowd friends try new things ― watching them learn and grow through the process.

Daniel Zondervan is the other half of The Crochet Crowd. Diva Dan began his career in the limelight as a classically trained musician, working as a professional choir and handbell director and a church organist. He has an incredible eye for colour and design.
